Since Ocean Drive

Redhead Burger started as a Miami Beach habit — a small room on Ocean Drive turning out smash burgers to a crowd that never really went home.

The formula never changed. A house blend, pressed hard on a screaming flat-top so the crust caramelizes into the patty. A potato bun. Redhead sauce. Nothing frozen, ever.

In 2026 the grill fired up on the West Coast for the first time, in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian — the first Redhead room on the Las Vegas Strip, open until 2 AM every night.

Three rooms now: Las Vegas, Miami Beach and Doral. Same blend, same flat-top, same sauce.

Three Rules | No Exceptions

Never Frozen

100% fresh house blend, delivered and ground for the day. If it’s frozen it isn’t ours.

Smashed Hard

Pressed onto a 450° flat-top so the crust forms in the patty, not on it.

Cut In-House

Fries are cut fresh every day. Tots are fried to order. Shakes are spun, not poured.

Flavor-packed creations, served in a high-energy room.
