The short version
Redhead Burger was founded in October 2019 by two brothers and their father with one mission: redefine fast food. It started on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach and grew into a local favourite on premium ingredients and never-frozen quality. Today the same smash runs in three rooms — the Grand Canal Shops at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, and Plaza 87 in Doral. Every patty is a fresh house blend, smashed to order on a 450° flat-top and served on a potato bun with Redhead sauce, alongside house-cut fries, loaded tots and thick milkshakes.
